The Hedonistic Theory has four sides and it has been developed after a Kundalini awakening.
To connect with a deep understanding and integrity for all that we do and whomever we come into contact with.
I left home when I was 17 years old, I had $200 in my pocket and big dreams.
My first night in Alice Springs we went to the “Jam Session” where I watched musicians play as they had no “playlist” and weren’t “in band together”, the audience would go up on stage and sing if they chose. Yet it all came together in the most magical seamless way. I have the fondest memories of the Monday night Jam Sessions.
When I look back over my catalogue of experience performing is the thing that brings me the most joy. The freedom in that takes me away and it allows the audience to come away with me…
There is a truth in words and when you see past the watered down, diluted and misused words that we throw around so easily… when you see past that and FEEL the words travel through you… that is the most beautiful feeling.
When we strip down to nothing, no presentations, no desire to “sell”, no scripts… just you, me and words that mean something…
Hedonism has been a pursuit of mine for around a year now, after 19 years of devotion to personal growth, development and spirituality I realised that it’s bullshit. All the tricks in the world won’t give you what you want. You can’t control ANY of it and what will be will be and no amount of positive thinking will actually get you anywhere, and anyone can be the most connected spiritual and wise person in the comfort of their own home. The true test is how we be that connected, that wise, that kind and that loving is the real world.
Life happens, people die, there are days where you just want to curl up and cry, there are days when you want to give up. There are days that you just want to give someone the bird or at least an internal f@#k you.
And that is the most wise and spiritual thing you can do in that moment on those days and thing is with professional development, personal development, self- help, mindfulness and spirituality today is we are not teaching people that.
For us to love ourselves in all moments, especially those ones.
You can’t positive think your way out of everything, it doesn’t go away, it remains silent and breeds in your body.
The hedonistic theory teaches people that in the pursuit of a hedonistic life we embrace all of it. To find pleasure in all moments and we as individuals are solely responsible for that.
No healing, no guru, no mentor, no expert can give it to you or give you the answer and sometimes (not all times) all that does is disempower you because you become reliant on THEM. That is the most disempowering thing we can do as a Lightworker, a Healer, a Mentor and a Coach.
In radio and writing they have a “hook” whereby they must catch your attention so you stay tuned or you read on… Be careful of Healers that do the same thing, most times they don’t even know they are doing it.
The most empowering and enlightening thing I can say to anyone is all we ever have to do is ask ourselves “Who am I today when I don’t need anything or anyone and they don’t need me?”
Listen and honour that.
What if your end game was your only game?
What would you do differently today?
What if you knew you were safe in all moments?
What would you do differently today, tomorrow and the day after that?
